you are restricting your calorie intake,

this is to increase your exercise

recommend certain tips to help you conquer

ideas:
- try to eat slowly, and chew many
more times than you normally would
- stop eating as soon as you feel
that you have had enough
- never remain hungry for any amount
of time, because this will have a
negative impact on your diet. The
hungrier you get, the more difficult
you will find it is to exercise control
over the size of your portions
- you must give up, at least for a
certain period of time, eating low-fat
foods, because these foods are not as
successful at killing appetite as the
normal fatty foods
- start a strict exercise regimen and
follow it without fail. The exercise in
itself need not be too strenuous and
you could try out those exercises that
you probably enjoy doing. Some examples
are cycling over rough terrain,
long-distance walking, jumping on a
mini-trampoline and so on. The basic
idea is to have fun while you are
exercising so that you do not feel the
strain of the added exercise, which you
will probably have to undertake in
order to cross over the dieting
plateau.
