The third change in your lifestyle

introduce exercise into your daily
routine. It does not have to be organized
in any way (for example, in a gym); it can
simply be taking a walk around the block
or around the kitchen table; it can be
simply doing gentle exercises to some
music in the living room. But you must
introduce some exercise into your dialy
routine - just 15-30 minutes each day is
enough. The reason for this is simple -
exercise raises your metabolism and when
that happens the body wants and needs
energy which it gets from the fat it has
