usually ruin all diets in the end. Missing
meals such as breakfast is also not
recommended - to lose weight you have to
convince your body's metabolism to start
working and the easiest way to do this is
to eat something ... it will not be enough
for the body so then the body will turn
inwards and 'eat' some of that stored fat;
so never skip breakfast, nor any other
meal.
The other way to get your body's
metabolism working is to do some exercise.
It does not have to be strenuous, simple
walking or dancing will have the desired
effect. Remember to have lots of iced
water to keep hydrated as the body needs
liquids to work!
