these are substances that are addictive
(in a mild manner); the body loves these
and whilst you give in to it, it will
crave for more and you give in and supply
these and in due course those foods that
are high in sugars and salts become your
normal everyday fare - french fries,
burgers, cookies and cakes etc.
You need to seriously address your
approach to this problem and the simplest,
easiest, foolproof way is simply not to
buy them when you go shopping. If they are
not in the house they will not be there to
tempt you. But you will need substitutes
as the cravings from your body will be
intense, so stock up on lots of wisely
chosen products such as fresh vegetables
and fruit, nuts, grains and the various
seeds available. Have lots of soy (tofu)
that you can fry (without oil, adding a
little of your favorite bbq sauce and a
little water) - do not deprive yourself of
food at all, just be sensible in the
choice of foods that you have available
and that you consume.

Changes to your eating habits through the
